What is a User ID?
User ID is a name when you use www.machine2live.com services.
You must be a registered member in order to log in and use our services.

Why is it better to register?
You can view all registered products and company directory without registering to our services. But with your registration to www.machine2live.com, you could create a company website, send messages to sellers within the website, receive up to date news on products you are interested in, register products' photos/videos, register company photo/video and much more.

How do I register?
Click on [Sign Up] button.
Enter all required information. Marked fields are required information.
Carefully read all Terms and Conditions, check the [I accept] box and proceed by clicking [Proceed to Confirm]
Confirm all entered information carefully and click [Register]
You now have successfully finished the pre-registration process.
A verification message is sent to your registered e-mail address.
Click the URL inside the mail to authenticate.
Use your User ID and password to activate your account.
Your registration to www.machine2live.com has been completed.

What is a verification message?
A verification message is sent to you in order to verificate the validation of your e-mail address and to ensure that is owned by you. We use this e-mail address to send verification messages, alerts if we find any suspicious activity with your account and other important news and information.

Why hasn't the verification message arrived?
If you haven't received your verification message, please check the followings:
・Spam filters can occasionally stop such e-mails from getting through.
Check your spam folders to make sure it hasn't been received.
・You have entered a wrong e-mail address.
Please register again with your correct e-mail address.

What if I forget my User ID/Password?
Click on [Forgot User ID/Password?]
Type registered E-mail and the code shown, and click [Request User ID/Password]
An e-mail requesting confirmation of User ID and Password reset will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

【Forgot User ID】
Kindly confirm the e-mail sent by the administrator.

【Forgot Password】
Click the URL inside the sent message to reset password and issue a new one.
The authentication is made, and the new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Check your inbox to confirm your new password.

How do I change my User ID ?
You cannot change your User ID once you have set it. If you strongly wish to change your User ID, you will need to delete and reset all of your preferences of the current account and re-register with www.machine2live.com. Note, all information such as InsiteMails, registered product informations..etc cannot be transferred to your new account. Also please be advised, in any reason,www.machine2live.com will not refund any of the fees received from users.

How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account for some reason, please contact our Customer Support Center.

How do I change my password?
Login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Change Password] on the left side of the page.
Type your current password.
Type and confirm a new password for your account. Your password is case sensitive.
Click [Change Password] to save changes.

How do I change my e-mail address?
Login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Edit Member Profile] on the left side of the page.
Type and confirm E-mail address.
Click [Save] to save changes.

Why am I asked to enter the e-mail address twice?
The e-mail address you provide is a very important information for us to make possible send you verification messages, User ID and Password notifications and other important news. We ask users to confirm e-mail address by entering this information twice.

How do I register a product?
Login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Register Products] on the left side of the page.
Enter all product information and click [Register] to proceed.
Choose the product's photos/video you wish to register and click [Upload]. Repeat this action to register more photos (MAX 15photos).
Click [Go to Product List] when you finish registering photos/video.

How do I edit my registered products' information?
Login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Edit Products] on the left side of the page.
Click [Edit Info] on the product you wish to edit.
Edit the information you wish to change and click [Save]

How do I edit my registered products' photos/movies?
Login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Edit Products] on the left side of the page.
Click [Edit Photos/Movie] on the product you wish to edit.
To add photos or video, choose the photos/video you wish and click [Upload] to register or if you wish to switch a photo/video with another one, delete the photo/video you do not need and register the photo/video you want instead.
Click [Go to Product List] when you are done editing.

How do I edit company's photo/video ?
Login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Edit Company Photo/Movie] on the left side of the page.
Add a photo/movie you wish to post or if you wish to change the photo/movie registered, delete the photo/movie you do not need and upload the photo/movie you want instead.
Click [Go to Product List] when you are done editing.

How can I register for paid membership services?
If you don't have an account with us, please sign up.
If you do have an account, please login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Paid Services] on the left side of the page.
Read all informations carefully and select your prefered membership and payment method.

<Pay by Credit Card>
Choose credit card type and click [Proceed]
Enter all required information and proceed to complete payment.

<Pay by bank transfer>
Click [Proceed] and complete registration.
Make your payment within 14days after your registration to our bank in Japan.

How can I make payment for my membership?
Login to your account with your User ID and Password.
Go to My Page and click [Paid Services] on the left side of the page.
Read all informations carefully and select your membership and payment method.

Enter all required information and proceed to complete payment.

<Pay by bank transfer>

How can I switch to BASIC(FREE) member?
"You will automatically be switched to BASIC(FREE) member when your GOLD/SILVER membership expires.

How do I search products?
In www.machine2live.com, you can locate the products you are looking for from its categories, locations, year models, product name….etc. from the product refine search system at the top of the page.

▶Search by Category
Choose the category from [Search 1] and click [Search].

▶Search by Location
Choose the location you wish on [Search 2] and click [Search].

▶Search by Year
Choose the year model or range you prefer on [Search 2] and click [Search].

▶Search by Product
Select [Product]on [Search 3], insert mode/manufacturer name you wish and click [Search].

▶Search by Company
Select Company]on [Search 3], insert company name you wish and click [Search].

▶Search by Keyword
Insert any keyword for your product and click [Search].
